Ive spend a few bucks on tokens and game cash, but dont go nuts. If you think spending 10-20 bucks will make your camp more fun and better then do it, its a game and we all wanna win:) But any more than that and your wasting your money. Get the 500k equipment you need, then save your winnings and buy other pieces you want. Then after a year of playing you'll get a 1 mil piece, and yes it took me a year to get my first:) Im addicted to tattoes and clothings, hehe.
Focus on 500k equipment first, dont worry about the 5 mil stuff. I have had higher stats in my 2nd camp with only 500k eq apposed to the dumb 5 mil str and pow I have in Boomers. For example, in conclave I have had 4 full squares of boxing on 500k while in Boomers I have only had 4 squares of str once with 5 mil, and they took about the same amount of time!

It really depends on what type of camp you want. Go to the Sadbutrue and Blazela MMArmy Guide in the help fourm to find out the main stats of the style you want and pick any of those.
ALL my other equipment is 4 star, most of it I dont use at all, BUT, there are time I recruit a guy with a weird stat and I just build him to change it up. I would be bored out of my tree if I only had 1 style, ill use about 5 at a time.

With doing an attribute instead of a skill you dont limit yourself too 1 style, my first and only 5 mil eq was strength because it allowed me to branch from GnP, PL, PG, SIO.
i'd almost go with str since most of your guys are plock/pg. on my plock camp i make them have switches to pull guard, slam it out, and ground and pound. all of those take str. if not id say jj for plock/pg.
i was being sincere with the advice, your camp has potential, you just gotta make a few adjustments. Any time you need advice i'd be happy to help. This camp isnt my main camp but i'm active on it and always willing to give advice.
About most vets of this game. They're DOUCHES. Bottome line. Ask them for a titleshot and 9 out of 10 will make up ANYTHING in the book to deny you and to fight one of their "groupies" If you've got 6 wins and their "homo friend" has just 1. They'll justify it somehow and most of their nut riders will go along with it. It's terrible when you're trying to collect all the belts

Also take notice of the camps that continually challenge you and notice if they have a style advantage. If they do. Stop taking their fights.

Most of the new camps don't do that they fight whomever they have the best chance of beating and that kills me. I flame their page and then they flame mine but I bet they dont forget Ill call em out on it...
I fight my guys the instant I recruit them. I look for other fighters with crap stats to fight, try to guess their style and counter style it. I always know by the time my fighters have 10 fights is they have a glass chin or like to be submitted. If you train them for 5 years first then let them loose, you might start off good because your fighting scrubs, only to learn your fighter has terrible hidden stats and a short career because you wasted your time training and keeping him sidelined.
Ben Morris has some great hidden stats, his skills for the styles your using are just not finished. Like when he went PL against Curley, he didnt have enough sambo to pull that off. Random switching is great against new fighters because all your stats suck, but when you get to the mid orgs your actually gonna need your skills in par to pull it off. Specialize your guys in 1 skill, THEN branch to a second.
to be honest most of the time i put them right in the mix. i've got a few on my team now that are building some stats buts thats only due to retirements. Most of the time I turn them loose, but alot of people get their stats to about 3 in a few areas before they fight them...and in certain cases like Norcals camps he fights his guys about 3 times a year I've noticed and so do other coaches they idle in the top6 in the orgs like crazy...look for that kind of stuff youll see..

Buy the best equipment you can afford and specialize in 1 style, then branch to 2 styles. Then get some fighters in higher orgs and win, make more money, buy more fighters, make more money, save save save and then finally buy better equipment. I only have 1 piece of 5 mil equipment, half way to a second one. *groan*
War? Can you handle the DBA alliance? Are you sided with any? You might wanna rethink that, or all hell might break loose and the cages wont be able to hold it in. UC
Regarding your question about Conditioning- I really don't know. But I'll be honest, it is a stat I seldom ever try to improve. The forums are said to be great with information but for me personally, it is hard to get the information I'm looking for. Honestly, a lot of what I've learned has been from what guys have commented to me after fights. I would say, be sure to accept fights from as many different camps and you'll find guys that are very helpful with advise.
Sorry for the late response regarding Lay & Pray. I typically lose that with newly recruited fighters that don't have much of anything/; as in nothing above two blocks. I typically use it when they at least have a little wrestling and strength. I hate declining fights from other folks and sometimes I get challenged by far superior fighters. Presumably, Lay & Pray means I go for the takedown and stay on top keeping the fighter down. It's a pussy move until I can build up the stats.
You will get better fighters than el guapo. The trick is to keep trainers around to make sure your highest stat gets down to the next generations of badasses. Retirements are 7-14 years from the day you recruit them so I put the recruit date on their wall when I get them so I know exactly how long they fought and if they are getting close to retirement.
El Guapo should be able to do OK in Glory. Pick smart fights and try to get your primary stats built up like Sambo and strength if you are wanting to be a PLer.
Hey man, I just havent been on that offten, been doing other things really, alto it gave me a chance to train my fighters and i Managed get most of my fighters a fight today so a fairr bit of money in the bank haha.

With my other camp no. I got to 4 but they retired on me. I have found if your guy has 3 1/2 in 2 stats and is 2 1/2 to 3 in the other critical stats you can do well in EFC. Certain fighters will surprise ya sometimes by winning fights they shouldn't have.
I didn't find this out untill I saved for the 500k upgrade.
Logic would tell you that sparring your 2 1/4 power guy with your 2 1/2 power guy will result in better sparring but sometimes that 2 1/2 power guy has crappy hiddens and doesn't spar well with others. So sparring with another 2 1/4 guy might get you to that 2 1/2 mark quicker than using the 2 1/2 power guy.
So sometimes sparring you 2 1/2 guy with your 2 1/4 guy might get him over that 2 1/2 mark.
I had the exact same problem when I started. The best solution I found is to use trainers. The 155 pounders ur less or the 171 pounders that don't make 155 etc. See how good those recruits spar. Try to get them past the 2 1/2 mark. Most underweight fighters make great trainers. It's easier to get them maxed out and even higher than your highest stat and training the next generation of fighters becomes much more easier.

By the look of it according to personal experence and the forums so far, its all about persistance, and haveing a training partner training the same thing look at henderson and nozara in my camp (im training them in power).
