We lost our all time greatest fighter las month. Gabo Cruz was a brown belt in jiu jitsu, but an entertainer in the cage. If you wanted to beat himm, you had to work for it. Riding a 4 fight winning streak with the UFL title, his career was cut short. We will miss you. - Mr. Turner
Good fighters come and go. Great champions live forever. We say goodbye to Remedios Moreno who has called it quits. This black belt will be missed. - Mr. Turner
After losing to submission master Dusty Ward, Diego Martin went on to begin his 2nd reign as champ in Sao Heros with a victory of sambo fighter Gustavo Cunha. Good job. - Mr Turner
We lost 2 great members of our team today and our only 2 current black belts. Both Checo Sanchez and Octavio Satinho have decided to call it quits and leave the battlefielf to younger bodies able to deal with the stress of fighting better. Thanks for your years of service and teaching. - Mr Turner
Not only did he get his black belt today, Checo Sanchez won the HW AoC title again for the 3rd time! Good job. Defend it a few times and lets go dominate another organization. - Mr Turner
We lost a great champion today in Cleto Garza. With fully half of his victories coming from submission, the jiu jitsu black belt managed to capture 3 titles in 3 organizations plus promote others under his style of jiu jitsu. Thanks to him, our own Diego Martins was able to win his championship at such a young age. He will be missed. - Mr Turner
After going 5-1 after a 5 fight losing streak, Octavio Satinho was given a shot at becoming a champion. And in the 5 round war, he accomplished his dream. Good job. - Mr Turner
Congrats to Diego Martins, who at the age of 20 and with only 7 professional fights, has captured his first world title. And its not just his accomplishment, its all of ours for helping him get ready for this. Good job to both him and the rest of the camp. - Mr Turner
This camp has had many fighters who have retired, but none like Ponco Diaz. A 3 time GEC champ, and 1 time winner of the AOC crown, Diaz was a jiu jitsu black belt and friend to all. He didn't hesitate to congratulate his opponents who defeated him and to offer suggestions to all. He will be missed and we will all try to live up to the example he left. - Mr Turner
Round of applause to Checo Sanchez, team. He has gone 8-1 in his last 9 fights/; the only loss coming in a title fight. To cap off his current 3 fight winning streak, he has captured his first world title. Great job. - Mr Turner
Congrats to Chosto who regained the HW title in AOC in a hard fought 5 round war. Also good job to everyone else, who are on some pretty impressive win streaks. Almost all of you are in the top five of your organizations and should be challenging for a title shot soon, if not today. Good luck. Lets get it done. - Mr Turner
Congrats to Cleto Garza who captured his 3rd title in his 3rd organization. Great job. Also, congrats to Alfonso Castro who won his first title yesterday in his organization. - Mr Turner
A lot of tough fights today, but so far, we mangaed to win them all. Good job. Also, most of you are now in title contentions thanks to some key wins. Continue to fight smart and we will bring more gold to our gym. - Mr Turner
Our first jiu jitsu black belt and years, and the only other fighter than Cleto Garza in our camp to succesfully defend his title once, PonchO Diaz is currently 3-1 in his last 4 fights, trying to get his way back into title contention. Wish him luck and help him all you can
The MFS fighters like to tell their title holders, "You're not a real champ until you defend it once." Our camp has a history of winning titles and losing it on their very first defense. Whether this is because they pick the wrong fights or didn't prepare properly, who knows. But Cleto became only the second champ that we had who a successful first defense. Congrats and keep it up. - Mr Turner
With a beautiful display of jiu jitsu, Cleto Garza wins his second title in his second organization with a first round choke over the former champ. Congrats to him. - Mr Turner
With a creer that started with him winning 8 straight then losing 3 in a row and riddled with decisions, Salva was not known for finishing his fight. But with a little bit more experience and lots more time in the gym, that all changed. Thanks to a 3rd round arm triangle choke, Salva has won his first (of many) titles in the AOC organization. Congrats. Keep that belt for a while. - Mr. Turner
Heard a lot of good stuff about Ike Turner's brother's MMArmy camp. Wouldn't mind having my guys go against his guys one day. -DJA, owner/manager/head trainer of the DAEFS
In a war to regain a championship belt, Cleto Garza came up short on a unanimous decision loss to the champ Buzz Murphy. Give it up to both fighters for the show they put on. On a happier note, Poncho Diaz regained his championship belt in his fight with the very tough and experienced Vincent Williams. Congrats. - Mr Turner
Capping off a 7 fight win streak with a 3rd round armbar win, Chosto Castillo captured the AOC heavyweigt title. Having acheived that goal, he is moving onto another organization to look for gold there. Good luck in the future. - Mr Turner
Congrats to Poncho Diaz who captured his first world title today with an armbar victory in the 2nd round. Also congrats to Chosto and Cleto, who with victories today, pretty much clinched title shots in the very near future. Great job guys. - Mr Turner
Our camp has a VERY good active record now and I'm proud of all of you. Some people are thinking with their hearts and not their heads, which is ok. But to be a champion, you musn't let either rule your actions, use both equally. Lets help Poncho get his first title which he will be competing for later on today. Congrats to Cleto who avenged a previous loss and to all those who got victories, Good job boys. - Mr. Turner
Congrats to Salvador Mendez who captured his first title in the LOTC organization. Its about time one of my fighters wore a championship belt again. Good job Sal. - Mr Turner
Congrats to Bruno who captured his first amd the camps first title in the Pankrash organization. Good luck in the future, Bruno. The rest of you need to catch up. -

While none of you have an "impressive" record, a few of you have had decent win-loss ratios. Its disappointing, to say the least, that there haven't even been any title shots! All of you are well versed in jiu jitsu, so there's no reason to not be choking people out left and right or breaking arms and legs. Get to it. I want to see gold in this camp before the year is out.
Dana White said it best with his "Do you want to be a fighter?" speech. I don't want to have to give you my version of that speech. Start winning and do it now! - Mr. Turner
A loss in the first or third round, no matter which way is never acceptable. Either you were lazy and didn't take the fight seriously or you got too tired and you're not training hard enough. Decisions are fine, they are just somebodies opinion. Morale of the story, don't get finished. - Mr. Turner
Welcome to Tough Love fight club. I'm Richie Turner, Ike Turner's lil brother. We believe that when an individual messes up, that they need to be corrected. Whether this is done by a punch or choking a bitch out, it must be done. So be warned, don't mess up. Training will always be tougher than a fight, - Mr. Turner
