Round 1 Gusev throws a flurry connecting with the final punch. Mamoru Kentaro is rocked and stumbles to the ground but quickly shakes it off. Gusev sends Mamoru Kentaro to the mat with a well timed jab, falling into his guard. Cheslav attempts to set in a hammer lock from being caught in the guard. Mamoru Kentaro slips out of it at the last moment. Kentaro is caught off guard by a kneebar attempt from Gusev. Kentaro struggles out of the lock and attempts to scramble. Gusev is too quick and lunges forward to take half guard. Gusev tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Cheslav tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Gusev is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Round 1 is finished.
Round 2 Cheslav Gusev hits an uppercut to the head of "The Almighty Titan" followed by a hard hook. "The Almighty Titan" connects with a hard punch making Cheslav Gusev bring him in to a tight clinch. Gusev drops down and thrusts forward with a textbook double leg takedown. Cheslav sits up in Mamoru Kentaros open guard and spins to an leg lock. Mamoru Kentaro is able to gator-roll out of it and make it to standing. Gusev narrowly dodges a cross from "The Almighty Titan", but falls catching him in his guard. Cheslav Gusev grabs the arm of "The Almighty Titan" while in guard and holds tight eating shots to ribs. A tight body triangle from the bottom position forces "The Almighty Titan" to pull Gusev close. "The Almighty Titan" is having trouble breathing in Cheslavs guard. Kentaro tries to move to half guard but Gusev uses the opportunity to land several strikes and return to full guard. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Cheslav gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Cheslav carefully protects himself from "The Almighty Titans" strikes. Gusev slips out the back leading to both fighters standing up. Cheslav Gusev shoots but "The Almighty Titan" stuffs it, eventually using a whizzer to work to side control. Mamoru slides his knee across the body of Cheslav and takes full mount. Gusev attempts to buck Kentaro off from mount but Kentaro keeps his base and maintains position. Mamoru Kentaro lands a double punch to the head of Cheslav. The bell signals the end of round 3.
