Round 1
Simmons snaps back the head of Nori Genji with a stiff jab. Luther Simmons circles Nori, landing jabs at will. Luther Simmons circles Nori, landing jabs at will. Genji keeps Luther Simmons at a distance with some well timed jabs. The fighters circle each other. Luther locks around the waist of Genji. He sneaks his foot behind Noris and trips him to the floor, taking side control. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.

Round 2
Luther Simmons snaps back the head of Nori with a stiff jab. Luther stuffs a shot from Nori and hits him with an outside body shot. Nori gives up on the takedown and pulls guard. Luther Simmons drops some good punches while being caught in the guard. Simmons pushes down Nori Genjis leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Luther Simmons is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Nori gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Nori starts to wiggle out of back control, Luther lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Nori is staggered by a jab to the chin. A series of unanswered punches from Simmons forces the ref to stop the action.
