Kid Coleman was another kickboxer to come through DNWTT without a focus on grappling. He was not an immediate success, however, as he struggled for glory early on in his career. It wasn't until he became surrounded by multiple strikers at the camp, and became a better fighter. It wasn't until he went on a tear in Socat, where he won four straight, that he signed with A-1 Legends, where he won his debut, and briefly held the WW title. He also competed in SF and Glory, but had limited success.
