Some guys will train alot faster than others. Like if a guy heavily out stats me but I notice he gets submitted alot or loses decisions alot and my guy doesnt. Even though he has better stats I can prolly win a decision.

Its produced by the game. Basically things like how much weight you can cut. You can sorta notice ones like if you fighter has a chin he wont get knocked out alot. If he wins alot of decisions. His ability to not get submitted. Little things like that. They call them hiddens because you cant see them but after awhile you can kind of notice them.
