Kashif Takani, because of his brutal tendency to knock out his opponents, was given the name of "Phonoi" after winning his first title for the camp. The Phonoi were the male personifications for killing and slaughter, similar to what happens to Takani's opponents. Considered daimones, the Phonoi, to most, were not associated with killing on the battlefield, but rather killing that would be associated with murder. Phonoi's lineage is that from Eris, the goddess of discord and strife.
