Sad day for Team TKD the tom winning person in our camp has decided to hang up the gloves after 10 years of fighting with 72 fights - 44 wins - 6 different titles and 12 title wins thank you and now the duty to train the up and comers goes to Gordon Thomas good luck those are some big shoes to fill
well it has been a hard couple of mouths with james retiring but another hit has happen when William Roy suffer an career ending concussion and has to hang up the gloves he will be missed
Today marks the passing of the torch at our club. James Boucher has decided to hang his gloves up and his Number 1 student has taken over where this awesome fighter has left off thank you for everything James and good luck in the future goes to Brook Biek
today mark history for our camp win or lose Phil Albright has joined the rank of EFC league the first fighter in our camp to get a contract with the #1 league in MMArmy EFC = to UFC so I'm Excited to see how he does
it's not quiet 4 title but our camp has 3 fighters with top organizations titles

easy thing is to pick 1 style and go with that, that way you can focus all your spars on say 5 stats and be very strong with strong switch. are you on the forums? if so im teshore on there, pm me and i can give you a few more tips.
