Well, you dont really know for sure about how high each hidden stat is , but you can gauge around where its at. For example, the ability to cut weight is a hidden stat. And there's more hidden stats like finishing ability, explosiveness, strong will, and you will definitely know a recruit has higher levels of these hidden stats if he makes it to the top of the EFC. To be an EFC champ, it requires your recruit to have naturally good hidden stats.

Depends. The 25+ weight cutters might miss 1/3 or so. In the end, is it better to have an average sized guy who might only win 50% of the time, or a huge guy who can dominate his opponent, but misses weight a bit?
