It's all about in org winning streak. Only top 10 fighters in org can get title shot. So if you're in pankrash and number 8, with 3 win pankrash wins. That's better then 1 pankrash win and ranked #3.

Org rank doesn't matter, win streaks in orgs do. Check out the forums, might help you better understand title etiquette
