Round 1 Will connects with a series of punches forcing Cherry into a clinch. Will Harris places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Will escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Will Harris circles Kit Cherry, landing jabs and crosses at will. Will circles Cherry, landing jabs at will. Will lands a solid kick to the front leg of Kit. Kit Cherry is hit with a jab then hook to the body and stumbles backward. Harris explodes forward with a push kick that puts Kit Cherry on the canvas. Harris lays into Cherrys thighs with some well timed kicks while Kit is grounded. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 Cherry is struck by a ball kick from Harris that causes him to stumble backwards. Kit narrowly dodges a cross from Harris, but falls catching him in his guard. Will Harris tries to pass guard but Kit stops him with a well timed punch. Will Harris attempts to drop bombs while caught in the guard, but Kit Cherry takes the chance to switch Will Harris over to mount him. Will Harris shifts his head and hips to keep Cherry off balance and unable to land strikes. Cherry secures his position. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
Round 3 Kit Cherry stuffs a takedown but is backed into a corner and must slide into guard to avoid being picked up. Harris tries to pass guard but Kit stops him with a well timed punch. Harris takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Kits guard. It doesn't pay off as Kit makes his way to standing. Cherry takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Will Harris circles Kit, landing jabs and crosses at will. Cherry attempts a takedown, but cannot finish it. Will Harris takes advantage of the moment taking side control. Cherry takes a few knees to the body while under Harriss side control. Kit Cherry takes a few knees to the body while under Will Harriss side control. Round 3 comes to a close.
