Round 1
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. The fighters jockey for position in the clinch. "Colossus" escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Peterson parries Fernandezs jab and connect with a cross. Peterson circles Fernandez, landing jabs at will. Tim Peterson lands a hook to the body. Tim Peterson takes down Mauri, but remains standing over him. Peterson drops a huge strike to "Mexican Sensations" chin, landing into his guard. The bell signals the end of round 1.

Round 2
Fernandez takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Mauri slips a cross from Tim and lands jab cross to the body. Tim lands a hook to the body. Tim Peterson parries "Mexican Sensations" jab and connect with a cross. Mauri eats a jab,jab, then a hook from "Colossus". A shot from Fernandez is countered by a guillotine choke from Tim Peterson. Fernandez is forced to tap out.
