After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Jerry places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Jerry escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Henderson is sent crashing to the mat by a powerful right hook. Richard Renaud drops a huge strike to Jerrys chin, landing into his guard. Jerry Henderson lands an omoplata but Renaud rolls out of it leading both fighters to a stand up.
