Round 1 Hans snaps back the head of Nelson with a stiff jab. Parker connects with a strong right hook. Parker ducks under a loopy hoop, taking Reggie to the mat, and his back. Parker tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. "Money in the Bank" starts to wiggle out of back control, "DBA" lets him escape putting them both on their feet. Parker ducks and weaves through a quick combo from Reggie and knocks him back with a shovel punch to the jaw. Hans Parker arm drags "Money in the Bank" into a double leg takedown, getting half guard. Round 1 comes to a close.
Round 2 Nelson is hit with a jab and then taken down by a beautiful single-leg takedown. A kimura attempt is defended well by Hans and he is able to sneak his leg through Reggie Nelsons loose guard, to half guard. "DBA" is able to slip into mount from the half guard. Reggie lands a good elbow as "DBA" lowers his torso. Reggie gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Hans Parker peppers Reggie with several shots to the face. Round 3 "Money in the Bank" lands a strong outside leg kick that buckles Hans. Nelson chips away at Hans Parker with a series of kicks to the legs. Reggie circles Hans, landing jabs at will. A single-leg attempt is well defended by Reggie. Parker stands up, lifting the leg of Reggie and executing a trip takedown. The bell signals the end of round 3.
