Williams attempts to drop bombs while caught in the guard, but Todd Sanders takes the chance to switch Williams over to mount him. Williams shifts his head and hips to keep Todd off balance and unable to land strikes. Randall Williams shifts his head and hips to keep Todd Sanders off balance and unable to land strikes. Round 2 Todd keeps Randall Williams at a distance with some well timed jabs. Randall is staggered by a jab to the chin. Williams is staggered by a jab to the chin. The fighters circle each other. Todd throws a cross that easily dodged by Randall. A single-leg attempt is well defended by Williams. Todd Sanders stands up, lifting the leg of Williams and executing a trip takedown. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Randall Williams connects with a series of punches forcing Todd Sanders into a clinch. Sanders works Randall into a corner from the clinch. Sanders presses his head under Williamss chin so he cannot defend the piston shots from either side. Randall Williams dodges an uppercut to the chin, though loses his balance and falls to the ground, with Todd Sanders standing over him. Sanders attempts to drop a fist on Williams, but misses and lands in his guard. Randall connects with some unorthodox punches from the bottom position. Randall shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Williams attempts an armbar from the bottom, but Sanders slips out at the last moment. Todd Sanders attempts a huge overhand right but Randall bucks back and switches Todd Sanders into mount. Round 3 is over.
