Round 1 Vladik shoots a takedown from a distance putting Sano on the ground. Fokin pushes down Sanos leg, allowing him to pass guard into half guard. Vladik tries to pull his leg out of half guard, but no luck. Vladik Fokin slips out of half guard and into side control. Fokin drops some hammer fists on Sano. Vladik Fokin slides his knee across the body of Juro and takes full mount. The bell signals the end of round 1.
Round 2 After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Juro lands a powerful uppercut in the clinch. Sano recieves a strong elbow opening up the clinch. Sano takes down Vladik Fokin, but remains standing over him. Juro Sano drops a huge strike to Vladiks chin, landing into his guard. Juro Sano takes a risk going for a leglock from being caught in Vladik Fokins guard. It doesn't pay off as Vladik Fokin makes his way to standing. Sano stuffs a shot from Fokin and hits him with a hard hook to the temple and pushes him to take his guard. Fokin shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. While caught in the guard, Juro Sano wraps his hands around Vladik Fokins neck and cranks it hard. Fokin taps out.
