Round 1
Ken Phillips snaps back the head of Rip with a stiff jab. "Flame Jr" narrowly dodges a cross from James, but falls catching him in his guard. Phillips shifts his hips to get better position in the guard. Phillips sinks a kimura, but cannot finish. He settles for a switch into mount. Ken Phillips maintains mount but laying some well timed strikes. Rip attempts to escape mount but has no luck. Round 1 is finished.

Round 2
"Flame Jr" is hit with a jab but is able to slip a cross and grab a arm-triangle in standing. "Flame Jr" trips Rip James to the floor, landing in side control. Phillips slides his knee across the body of James and takes full mount. Phillips secures his position. "Bad Boy" gives his back up trying to escape the mount. Ken Phillips peppers Rip with several shots to the face. "Flame Jr" tries to set in a rear naked choke, but can't quite finish it. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
Rip throws a cross that easily dodged by Phillips. James snaps back the head of "Flame Jr" with a stiff jab. "Flame Jr" connects with a strong right hook. Ken circles "Bad Boy", mixing jabs and leg kicks. The fighters circle each other. "Bad Boy" snaps back the head of Phillips with a stiff jab.Round 3 comes to a close.
