Round 1
After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Santos places a few punches to the ribs while tied up. Murilo Santos escapes the clinch and creates some distance. Devon moves in to press the action, but Murilo Santos lands a heavy back kick. The fighters circle each other. "Sandman" circles Devon Cherry, landing jabs at will. Devon Cherry is met with a cross and a liver shot that staggers him. "Sandman" explodes with a flurry of punches. Devon Cherry is then thrown to the floor. Murilo Santos kicks at the thighs of Devon Cherry. The round comes to an end.

Round 2
Devon is rocked by a standing elbow strike. Murilo gets hit with a strong punch, putting him to the mat, but he recovers just in time to give up his back. Santos carefully protects himself from Cherrys strikes. "Sandman" is able to make it back to the standing position. Santos parries Devons jab and connect with a cross. The fighters circle each other. Devon throws a wild punch, putting him off balance. A few well timed strikes from Santos puts Devon on the mat giving his back up. Round 2 is over.

Round 3
The fighters circle each other. Murilo Santos circles Cherry, landing jabs and crosses at will. Devon parries a jab but is hit with a powerful knee to the midsection. Devon Cherry moves in to press the action, but Murilo Santos lands a heavy back kick. After an exchange of punches, the fighters engage in the clinch. Round 3 is over.
