Round 2 Benedito connects with a combination and backs away from the counter combo of Ortega. Golias connects with a hard punch making Ortega bring him in to a tight clinch. Ortega drops down and thrusts forward with a textbook double leg takedown. Benedito Golias attempts a switch from the guard, but a scramble takes place getting both fighters to their feet. Ortega throws a powerful left hook, but is met with a strong jab from Golias. Benedito connects with a teep to the face of Pedro. Golias winds up a heavy straight but is countered by a hard counter knee to the body. Round 2 comes to a close.
Round 3 Ortega eats a stiff kick to the face. Ortega connects with a leg kick then a hook to the side of the head. Benedito counters a jab with a stiff uppercut. Both fighters trade shots and back away looking for the next opening. Golias counters a jab with a stiff uppercut. Pedro moves in to press the action, but Benedito Golias lands a heavy back kick. Pedro Ortega lands a jab, but it is returned by a sick uppercut from Golias. Benedito strikes with a straight front kick. Benedito Golias connects with numerous jabs to the face of Ortega. Benedito just misses with a head kick, grazing Pedro Ortegas skull. The ref stops the fight as the round comes to an end.
