Round 4 Lange snaps back the head of Toni with a stiff jab. Ortega fakes a takedown attempt and clinches with Lange. Toni Ortega directs the head of Mills Lange leading to a stiff knee to the face. Ortega is able to work to two overhooks and lands some strong knees and short hooks. Ortega grabs the plum and pulls "The Oppressors" face towards a powerful knee which is blocked. Ortega lets go of the hold and lands a hook. Ortega unleashes a flurry of punches on Lange. Toni Ortega takes a heavy kick to the arm attempting to block his head. Toni drops a huge strike to "The Oppressors" chin, landing into his guard. Ortega tries to pass guard but Lange stops him with a well timed punch.
